This Privacy Policy explains what information the LCH-Rising app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The app offers support resources and self-help tools; it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text your local emergency number (U.S.: 988).

Sharing

We may share information with service providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under contracts that restrict use to our instructions. We may also share if required by law or to protect safety.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate purposes such as security and compliance. User-generated content is kept until you delete it or request account deletion. Diagnostic logs are typically kept by providers briefly (often up to 90 days) and then purged.

Children

The app is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. If we learn we have information from a child under 13, we delete it.
