Delete My Account
Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
How to Request Deletion
- Send a deletion request using the button below (or email us directly).
- We verify your identity and account ownership.
- We delete the account and personal data, then email confirmation.

What We Delete / Retain
| Data type | Deleted | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Account data (name, email, login ID) | Yes | Within 30 days of verification |
| User content (journals, affirmations) | Yes | Within 30 days; items previously visible to others may appear as “deleted user” |
| Push notification tokens | Yes | Removed promptly after request or when notifications are disabled |
| Diagnostics (crash logs) | No user content | Kept briefly by providers (often up to 90 days), then purged |
| Legally required records | Only if required by law | Minimum necessary; shortest period allowed |
